Following on from previous careers in Taxation, Conveyancing and Real Estate, Steve Hailes Joined Hays Financial Centre in 2003 where he worked until 2015 in the role of Sales Manager.

Steve then formed Hays Mortgage Solutions in October 2015 with former employer Alex Yazdani and has been the Principle of the firm ever since. With 20 years’ experience providing advice on mortgages and insurance, his experience in putting together bespoke advice for his clients is vital towards the successes of Hays Mortgage Solutions.

Since the formation in 2015, Hays Mortgage Solutions alongside the other firms within the group, share the same message when it comes to guiding clients through the journey of purchasing a home, refinancing and protecting assets – amongst the other areas of finance we can give advice on.
